SEVEN 2SA7 adalah rotary actuator SIPOS dengan frequency converter terintegrasi, untuk ON-OFF (2SA70), inching/positioning (2SA73), dan modulating duty (2SA75) menurut ISO 22153. Tersedia dengan elektronik ECOTRON atau PROFITRON.SEVEN 2SA7 adalah rotary actuator SIPOS dengan control dan power electronics serta frequency converter terintegrasi. Seri 2SA70 untuk ON-OFF duty (class A), 2SA73 untuk inching/positioning duty (class B), dan 2SA75 untuk modulating duty (class C) menurut ISO 22153. Actuator bisa dilengkapi elektronik ECOTRON atau PROFITRON, dengan soft start/stop untuk melindungi valve dan kecepatan output yang dapat diubah kapan saja. TSI menyuplai dan membantu commissioning 2SA7 untuk valve di plant Anda.

Output speed setting: ECOTRON: 7 steps (step-up factor 1.4). PROFITRON: continuous, 12.5 - 100 % nmax in 2.5 % increments
Tripping torque: Adjustable from 30 % to 100 % of TC max. for OPEN and CLOSE in steps of 10 %
Valve protection: Soft start and speed reduction in the end positions via integrated frequency converter

2SA7 dipakai untuk mengotomasi semua jenis valve, dari globe, gate, butterfly, hingga ball valve, di segmen power, water, dan industri. Dengan add-on gearbox, rotary actuator ini bisa menjadi linear, part-turn, atau multi-turn actuator. Konsumsi daya yang rendah juga membuatnya cocok dipasang dengan UPS atau sistem solar untuk aplikasi seperti flood protection, air minum, dan pengolahan air limbah.
