Switchgear

Standard: reversing contactors (mechanically and electrically interlocked), AUMA power classes A1/A2. Options: reversing contactors for A3, thyristor unit up to 600 V AC for B1, B2, B3

OPEN, STOP, CLOSE, EMERGENCY via opto-isolator, minimum pulse duration 100 ms

Status signals

Standard: 6 programmable output contacts (5 NO contacts max. 250 V AC, 1 A; 1 change-over contact max. 250 V AC, 5 A). Options up to 12 output contacts

Analogue output

Position (and torque with MWG) feedback 0/4 - 20 mA, galvanically isolated, load max. 500 Ω

Analogue input (option)

2 inputs 0/4 - 20 mA for positioner/process controller

Local controls

Selector switch LOCAL - OFF - REMOTE (lockable in all three positions), push buttons OPEN, STOP, CLOSE, RESET, 6 indication lights, illuminated graphic LC display

Bluetooth

Version 4.2 + EDR, range up to 10 m in industrial environments (SPP profile)

Application functions

Limit or torque seating, torque bypass, stepping mode 1 - 1,800 s, 8 intermediate positions; options: positioner, PID process controller, automatic deblocking

Safety functions

EMERGENCY operation (programmable); options: Enable LOCAL, interlock, PVST (Partial Valve Stroke Test)

Monitoring functions

Valve overload protection, motor temperature, heater, on-time and starts, operation time, phase failure with automatic phase correction

Electrical connection

AUMA plug/socket connector with screw-type connection; metric threads (Pg, NPT, G optional)
